The Willamette Classic Tourney in Portland, Oregon proved to be a great success for each of our FEVA teams that participated in this two-day tournament in early May. FEVA’s U14 and U15 teams both went UNDEFEATED and earned 1st place finishes in the Gold bracket in their respective age groups! Both teams made it quite exciting, winning three-set thrillers in their final matches (15-13 for the U14s and 18-16 for the 15s)!!! For our U15s, this win marked the second year in row, winning it all at this Willamette Classic tourney! Our U16 crew nearly pulled off the same feat, losing their only match of the weekend in a three-set Gold bracket final match and earning 2nd place in Gold. Our U17s made it all the way to the Gold bracket semi-finals, taking 4th place overall for the tournament. Congratulations to our FEVA teams on such a great showing for the club!!
