  • TransPacific/Hawaii Championships: U18s 3rd in Silver
  • PNQ: U14s 2nd in Bronze, U15s 9th in Gold, U16s 4th in Gold
  • ECC: U14s 1st in Bronze, U16s 2nd in Gold, U17s 7th in Silver
  • Willamette Classic: U14s 1st in Gold, U15s 1st in Gold (2nd year in a row!!), U16s 2nd in Gold, U17s 4th in Gold
  • Anaheim Summer Soiree: U13s 2nd in Silver

During the 2026-2027 club season, FEVA is hoping to host 1 team at each level between the ages of U12 and U18. Please read information below regarding summer FEVA tryouts.

NOTE: FEVA U12 to U14 Tryouts will be hosted on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24th!! More info coming after we complete U15-U18 tryouts in August.

U15, U16, U17/U18 National Teams — Full Club Season

  • FEVA will be forming one National team at the U15, U16, and U17/U18 age groups for 10 to 12 athletes from mid/late November 2026 through May 2027.
  • These teams will be FEVA National teams with 2 practices per week and additional training on weekends
    • Practices will be twice a week for approximately 2.5 hours per team, sometime between 5 and 10 pm
    • FEVA has 3 practice facilities– The Ridge Activity Center in Bothell, Heritage Christian Academy in Bothell, Woodin Elementary in Woodinville
    • Setter Training (required for all team setters) and Optional Skills Training (all other positions) will be on Fridays or Sundays, based on tourney schedules
    • Strength training will be offered once a week for all athletes
  • A FEVA team’s schedule is typically to play in a December Friendly tourney, the PSR Power League (three 1-day tourneys), monthly travel tourneys (with possible plane trips), and the Emerald City Classic over Memorial Day Weekend in Seattle.
    • If a team earns a bid, FEVA WILL ACCEPT the bid to Nationals and all players are expected to attend the USAV National Tourney in late June/early July 2027 (extended post-season costs will apply)
  • FEVA U15 to U17/U18 Club Dues Costs
    • The 2025-2026 season dues costs were $5400 per player for a 12 player roster, including all player hotel rooms for travel tourneys. 2026-2027 Costs TBD.
    • Transportation to all tourneys is the responsibility of each FEVA family.
  • FEVA U15 to U17/U18 Uniform Costs— ~$325/350 per new player, returning FEVA players TBD
  • FEVA club dues cover and include:
    • Team practices and facility costs
    • Player hotel rooms for ALL travel tourneys
    • FEVA chaperone program (2 chaperones for each travel tourney)
    • Coaching stipends, coach hotel rooms, coach mileage
    • PSR club fees, tournament fees, facility rental fees
    • Team equipment, first aid/safety materials, club insurance, website, and administrative costs

U18 Regional Team

FEVA will be forming a U18 Regional team for 10 to 12 athletes from December 2026 through May 2027. Practices will be once a week. Club dues will be approximately half of our National team season dues and include PSR power league monthly tourneys, one multi-day travel tourney and the Emerald City Classic multi-day tourney.

Requirements

1. USAV Membership: Athletes must have a current USAV membership and membership number to register. If you lack one, purchase a USAV Junior Tryout Membership ($20) before signup. The USAV membership number is required to complete your signup!

2. Signed Waivers: A parent/guardian must electronically sign the FEVA Training Waiver within your tryout registration or you will not be able to complete your registration.

3. Medical Release: Athletes must have a current PSR Medical Release Form on file with FEVA or bring a completed copy to tryouts for participation.

Which age group should my athlete sign up for?

Use the table below to find the appropriate USAV age group for which your 2026-2027 athlete should try out. Athletes can try out for an older age group (play up) but not a younger one (play down).
