Does FEVA offer refunds?

FEVA does not offer refunds. If you have experienced extenuating circumstances, please email us at fevavolleyballclub@gmail.com – certain exceptions may apply.

What counts as an extenuating circumstance?

A family emergency, documented major injury or very unique and documented circumstance that does not allow the athlete to attend.  In some circumstances, a FEVA Credit may be issued for use at future FEVA event, but no refund will be given. 

What is a FEVA credit?

A FEVA Credit is a signup that, if offered, may be applied at a future FEVA event. FEVA credits are offered at the sole discretion of FEVA. FEVA Credits may be offered for Clinics, Camps, and Private Lessons, but are not offered for Tryouts.

Event placement is not guaranteed, and is offered at availability within the same season or within 6 months.

How do I request a FEVA credit?

To request a FEVA credit, please do the following:

  1. Email Us. Please email us at fevavolleyballclub@gmail.com with the date, time, and title of the event that was missed.
  2. Sign Up. Once you receive confirmation that you have been approved for a FEVA Credit, please sign up for a FEVA Credit here. You must sign up in order to be eligible to receive a FEVA Credit.
  3. Wait for Confirmation. FEVA will connect with you by email and/or phone once a placement has been found.

What happens if FEVA cancels or reschedules an event?

If a coach has to reschedule a private lesson, FEVA will reach out to reschedule a session. For other event cancellations or reschedules, please look out for emails from fevavolleyballclub@gmail.com for further instructions.
