The FEVA 14 team has been hard at work this February and having a “sweet” time along the way. They celebrated their love for volleyball and each other with a Valentine’s Day themed practice prior to heading into their President’s Day Tournament. FEVA 14 swept their pools on Day 1 and 2 of the tournament which put them in the Gold Bracket on Day 3. The team spent their time between sets squeezing in more volleyball of course!
FEVA U14 finished 3rd OVERALL and they had a huge comeback victory on the final day over a strong Sudden Impact team. FEVA U14 was down 11-14 in the third set and fought back to win 18-16! Dee #2 and Abby #8 led the offense throughout the weekend with 36 and 24 kills respectively. Willa #28 was a force from the service line with 14 aces and a 95% serving percentage!
Onward and upward for the FEVA 14s!
