Over Memorial Day Weekend, the FEVA U15 team finished their 2024-2025 season by competing in the Open Division at the Emerald City Classic at the Seattle Convention Center. Competition was fierce in Open, including matches against top-flight PSR rivals and teams from Southern California and Evergreen (Idaho and Eastern Washington) Regions.

With a 3-2 record in pool play and after going 1-1 in challenge matches on Days 1 & 2, FEVA battled its way into the Silver Bracket on Day 3. FEVA put up a great fight in the semifinals, narrowly losing a 3-set match and earning 3rd place in Silver (7th place overall).

This incredible result was due to great setting from setter #91 Taylor (127 assists); top defensive performances from liberos #3 Chloe (2.13 serve receive rating, 45 digs) and #21 Alyssa (58 digs); strong attacking and net play from middle blockers #9 Mary (29 kills, 0.224 hitting average, 7 blocks) and #14 Lillie (18 kills, 6 blocks), outside hitters #7 Delaney (35 kills), #13 Cosette (34 kills, 19 aces), and #12 Eloise (15 kills), and opposite hitter #4 Anna (13 kills, 4 blocks); and great all-around serving (89% and 56 aces as a team).

Once again, this dedicated team of talented young warriors rose to the occasion and showed its intense work ethic and scrappy gameplay against the best in the West! Congratulations FEVA U15s on an outstanding 2024-2025 season!
