Janett Ramirez

Coach Janett moved back to Woodinville after graduating from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma (ROLL LOGS!!) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and three minors in Computer Science, Latino/a Studies, and Spanish. Janett started her volleyball career playing for the Timbercrest Wolves in Junior High School and then went on to play for Woodinville High School. Aside from playing volleyball at school, she also played for Valley View Volleyball Club and Falcon Volleyball Club. During her volleyball career, she mainly played as a defensive specialist and libero. After graduating from Woodinville HS in 2018, she became a volunteer for the middle school volleyball summer camps at the high school. From these camps, she learned that coaching can be just as fun as playing, and she is excited to start her fifth year coaching for FEVA! Janett strives to create a safe and inviting space for her players and it is always so rewarding to see how much each player grows throughout a season. Volleyball holds a special place in her heart, and she is thrilled to be part of the FEVA family! Outside of volleyball, Janett enjoys spending time with family and planning trips with friends. She loves hanging with her dog and going to concerts put on by her favorite artists.
