U18 Head Coach
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Coach Maren graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and works as an outpatient physical therapist. She has been coaching with FEVA for the past four seasons and it is U18 Head Coach for the upcoming club season, but Maren has been coaching alongside Coach Hammer for the past 8 seasons at both club and high school programs. Coach Maren trained as a libero/DS and has been playing volleyball for over 25 years. Her passion is teaching players proper mechanics and technique to improve their skills and reduce their risk of injury. Coach Maren has also helped coordinate the FEVA strength and conditioning program as she also loves teaching players how to properly train their bodies to feel strong, confident, and healthy for many years to come! When not in the gym, you’ll find her spending time with her family and dogs, traveling, baking, or catching a Mariner’s game.
